Programs don't reopen after hibernation

Issue/Bug Description:
After turning computer back on from hibernation, all programs are closed as if the computer was just restarted (slowly).

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

1. sudo systemctl hibernate
2. Turn computer on

Expected behavior:
Computer turns on as if nothing happened when it was put into hibernation.

Other Notes:
I tried to search for this issue and I couldn't find anything.

Hibernation is disabled by default. Did you enable it first?
