Totem not disabling screensaver/blanking screen

Issue/Bug Description:
While playing videos, the screen will go blank after 5 mins.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

1. Disable caffeine if enabled.
2. Check if you have enabled "Blank Screen" and how many minutes in the Power section in settings.
   Play a video with totem and wait for the minutes to elapsed.

Expected behavior:
While playing a video, the blank screen or screen saver should be disabled.

Other Notes:
I have attached a screen shot of the power settings in gnome settings.

Is there an upstream issue report on GNOME's Gitlab for this? That'd be the best place for posting issues with Totem. Seems like any easy fix
