Pop!_OS doesn't wake up from suspend

Issue/Bug Description:
Laptop won't wake up after sleep mode. Just blackscreen.

Other Notes:
Laptop HUAWEI MateBook D 16 RLEF-X i5-12500H/16+512 Space Grey with dualboot windows 11. In bios first boot selected section with pop-os boot, second pop-os system, third windows boot

I have the same issue with an i7 1260P, digging in the logs, I find the following messages:

sudo journalctl | grep -i "black screen"
Sep 06 17:48:52 pop-os /usr/libexec/gdm-x-session[6815]: (WW) modeset(0): hotplug event: connector 236's link-state is BAD, tried resetting the current mode. You may be leftwith a black screen if this fails...

I also found some DRM errors because the current kernel appears to not have some of the firmware bins added.
Tried booting kernel 5.18, no success with intel iris XE graphics

I switched out my 3070TI to an old RX 580 I had laying around and now suspend works just fine. FYI for me it was nvidia drivers.

This is shown on the screen when the computer tries to wakeup from suspend
ACPI Error: No handler for Region [VRTC] (00000000fbc038bc) [SystemCMOS] (20220331/evregion-130)

Already tried downgrading to driver version 470 and upgrading to latest 515
Also checked the related issues with no luck.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but my galp-3b is showing the same signs of this on Ubuntu:

• Kernel: 6.0.2-76060002-generic

I can't sit down to roll back the kernel atm, but if needed i can come back to it.

SOmetimes it just works. Close lid, lift lid and there's a log in screen. Sometimes, lift lid to a black screen and no key combination does anything. Have to resort to hard boot from power switch.
