Issue/Bug Description:
This is a brand new desktop with the latest Pop OS. When system suspend I am not able to wake the system and login. Nothing responds, the keyboard and mouse is dead - no lights on. However the USB microphone is on. The screen is just black. The ram is awake and fans are running. Unplugging and plugging in USB devices has no effect. I have to reboot from the power button.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Go to Power Off > Suspend.
Or system suspend automatically after inactivity.

Expected behavior:
When I move the mouse or press keys on the keyboard the system should wake and I should see the login screen.
