Allow hiding/suppressing ACPI errors during suspend/resume (sleep/wake)

When putting computer to sleep - it shows "ugly" ACPI errors for a second. Same thing when waking up. Sleep and wake works flawless (knock on wood) tho. I am sure the ACPI errors are legits, but there is no reason to show them. Makes the other flawless Pop OS experience less polished.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Put a Razer Blade 15 2020 base to sleep and then wake it up.

Expected behavior:
These errors to be hidden.

Every piece of software on the system (including the piece that generates the ACPI errors and the piece that displays them) comes from a package, so "none" is impossible. In this case, it's probably the kernel, so apt policy linux-system76 which would correspond with https://github.com/pop-os/linux (although for a non-System76 computer, these errors are not going to be specific to the Pop!_OS kernel.)

The errors can sometimes be fixed in the firmware (which would require Razer to put out a firmware/BIOS update in this case). It sounds like the errors aren't causing any functional impact and this is essentially a feature request to allow hiding errors during suspend/resume.

Thanks @jacobgkau ! Ofc, didn't think of the kernel as a package. Also, I have no hopes in Razer fixing anything regarding their bios.

I have tested both Fedora 38 and Ubuntu 23.04 - and none of them shows this error on suspend or resume. This seems to be Pop_OS! specific (I mean showing the error). Otherwise Pop_OS! works flawless (including suspend/resume) on this computer. I would just love to get rid of this ugly error message popping up (no pun intended) in my face.

If I can assistant in any way, let me know. Very motivated to fix this.
