Issue/Bug Description:

Pressing Ctrl+N on desktop causes Files/Nautilus error.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):

  1. On Desktop, with no app selected (e.g., right after restart), press Ctrl+N

Expected behavior:

Files should start up at a default location (ideally your home directory)

Actual behavior:

Error:

This location could not be displayed. Sorry, could not display all the contents of "x-nautilus-desktop:///": The specified location is not supported.
