Window auto-tiling issue on COSMIC

When grabbing a (leftmost) window in auto-tile mode, the window gets rotated with the rightmost window. Also windows width resets for both windows.

This frequently happens when using Chrome since you can accidentally miss clicking a tab and click the window border instead (which "grabs" the browser window and then rotates the windows).

I think this might be the same as pop-os/cosmic-epoch#2292

Accidentally grabbing the window - yes, that's the same. But there's also the aspect of windows switching places and resetting size.
