[24.04] Discrepancies in "keyboard brightness" increase/decrease keys configuration

My laptop Fn + F3/F4 for decreasing/increasing keyboard brightness keys work fine. The thing is: in the Cosmic Settings, in the keyboard keys/shortcuts configuration, it says that "Keyboard Brightness" decrease/increase functions are not attributed to any keys when it should obviously be "XF86something" as they are fully functional.

What kind of laptop? This can be somewhat hardware-dependent, from what I've seen in the past. Some laptops just handle it directly in their own EC, which means the OS has no awareness of the keyboard brightness level.

In this case, it doesn't seem like so. Because when I change the keyboard brightness, the OSD does show my brightness level correctly, the same way it shows my sound volume. So, the system definitely recognizes it.
