[24.04] IME not recognizing third party keyboards

I have been trying to install a third-party Vietnamese keyboards (with the TELEX typing system - which is the most common typing system in Vietnam), but the Cosmic IME does not recognize any of them, even though it is properly registered in IBus. So, we can't select them in Cosmic Settings.

It seems Cosmic only recognize "xkb" keyboards
