Search function in file manager does not search file contents

Issue/Bug Description:
Search function does not search file contents when 'full text' option is selected.
Only files with search criteria in the filename are displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a document.txt file in Documents folder with 'hello world' in it.
echo "hello world" > ~/Documents/document.txt
Open file manger in Documents folder and search for files containing 'hello'.
No results found

Expected behavior:
Any files containing 'hello' should be displayed.

They report that it's something which Canonical has disabled.

The feature requires tracker, which is not installed by default.

Thanks for the update. I read the posts, tried sudo apt install tracker gnome-shell-extensions gnome-documents then rebooted.... still didn't work and neither did installing packages from here. A workaround was to use another file manager. I elected for SpaceFM because of the small footprint. In a nutshell, Nautilus can't provide a content search without requiring additional indexing BS.
