GUI bug at menu bar

Issue/Bug Description:
The ethernet symbol/icon show not connected - but I am indeed connected (that is how I can submit this issue).

Expected behavior:
Should be "light on".

Hi,
I found how to reproduce it and when it appears. Freshly rebooted it shows "light on" (connected) as normal - but after resuming from sleep, "lights off" (not connected, but the ethernet is indeed connected).

I am having same issue on 18.04. Any way to fix this?
