Wipe ~/.config/pulse on upgrades to fix USB and Bluetooth Audio Devices

On 20.04, on a number of systems, adding a new audio device when already logged in, and switching to it will only play system sounds through that audio device.

This can be replicated with both bluetooth and USB headphones.

The best way to rule the EC out is to install 20.04 on a CML-U system with proprietary EC. I am testing with both open EC and proprietary EC on the darp6 I have.

On my galp4 with open EC, USB audio does not work when plugged in at boot either.

Fix is to remove pulseaudio config:

 pulseaudio -k
 rm -rf ~/.config/pulse
 reboot
