Succesfull upgrade to 24.04 LTS, except libopengl0 missing

Could do a successful in-place upgrade to 24.04 LTS, except libopengl0 was missing
making some applications not work like GPT4All & gnome-system-monitor.

gnome-system-monitor appears to work for me after removing libopengl0. (If it didn't, then I'd expect libopengl0 to be a dependency of gnome-system-monitor, which it's not.) What trouble were you seeing with it?

Just like with GPT4all it did not want to start. Maybe it is just for GPT4all that was re-installed completely but stil did not work, the exception in the log or at startup was pointing to libopengl10.
