Since recent updates over the last week I have had trouble connecting peripherals via bluetooth. I've followed each of the steps in the FAQ carefully. Initially when I had trouble last month, downloading BluMan and manually trusting the devices seemed to work. That stopped sometime after Monday of this week. In BluMan, the device appears connected/paired/trusted, but the devices lights continue to blink as though they have not recognized the PC. This is the case for all devices I'm trying to connect via bluetooth- earbuds, keyboard, gamepad, etc.
