Logs tab of admin view should list log information #264
Description
The Logs tab of the admin view should list log information including Timestamp, Username, Event, File SHA1 Hash, and Patient Id. The logs list should be able to be filtered by choosing a start and end date which will execute when the user clicks on the search icon.
To choose a start and end date, the user should click on the drop down arrow, which will display a datepicker, designed from the jQuery datepicker plugin.
