Patient view should have measure specific information and link with patient history #266
Description
Patient view should include information in the top left about the measure that was linked from to the patient. The information should include a link back to the measure page, and a list of populations for that measure next to a checkmark if the patient is included in that particular population, and an "x" if not. Other Measures should be listed below as before.
In addition, patient history events associated with the measure linked in from should be highlighted for the population selected. Association is based on whether the history event was used in the measure logic which put the patient in the measure population.
