upload or import functionality is not working properly

I have uploaded latest bundle downloaded from below mentioned link:

In this latest bundle, there are 36 files in patients/ep/c32 folder. I compress this folder and trying to upload through UI. When i click on upload button, I am getting "We're sorry, but something went wrong" error.
When I go back to patient page and refresh it, count is increment to 1. Initially there was 56 patient records and now it is 57 when i am trying to insert 36. It should be 56+36. Please help me to understand this.
