Mutation map

It would be great to add a mutation map feature.

In some species (eg, C. elegans) it has been shown that the mutation rate is significantly greater in specific regions/domains.

Great idea @attrna! Do you have some links to resources where we could get the data in question?

I think the idea for us would be to convert it into Zarr format like we're doing here: #851
