Add TLSCACertFile, TLSCertFile and TLSKeyFile environment options

Hi,
According to Portainer documentation, API allow to submit TLS CA certificate, client certificate and key files when create a new endpoint.
Can you add this behavior ?

I would like te be able to add files from tls or vault providers.

Only alternative solution is to use Portainer WebUI or API request through curl...

Hi,

We cannot use portainer_tls resource to upload TLS related files because we need to supply destination folder which is... endpoint tls folder...
And we can't create this environment (endpoint) without connection to remote Docker API...
