WFM radio signals gone

Describe the problem

Dear,
My portaRF was working perfectly then all of a sudden it stopped and black screen
I reset and still back screen
I tried to connect it with my computer thru USB and not recognizable.
I had to open and remove the clock battery then it started well and screen is ok
My issue now while the antenna cable was loose and connected but cant listen to radio stations anymore.
But still i can catch the ADSB but no more FM stations.
I reset and changed firmwares many times and different versions including 2.4.0 the official latest but still the same.
Any advices please?
