"portapp.json" error with "discord-portable-win32.exe"

Hi,
I've downloaded discord-portable-win32.exe, and when I run the file it shows:
"Cannot load portapps.json: open D:\portapp.json: the system cannot find the file specified."
And that's it. I'm on Win7 SP1 x64.
