Improve Baaderbank PDF-Importer to support exDate (#5738)

Add exDate support and convert all dividend test assertions from old-style raw transaction access to the new hasItem(dividend(...)) matcher style and add hasExDate(...) to all dividend(...) assertions as required by the test conventions
