Positron fails at startup

Hello, after the last positron renewal, I hac to download the last version from the scratch and now I am getting an error.

first here is the last configaration:

Code - OSS Version: 1.124.0

I think it sounds like you are having a similar problem as described in #15485. Can you take a look at that and see if it seems similar, like Windows antivirus software may have blocked a proper installation of the kernel supervisor?
