Make option to put open-fies pane at the bottom of the tree view

Every time I open a file, the tree view sinks down and it affects which file my mouse is pointing at in the tree view. If the tree view was on top, and the open files pane was on the bottom, this would not be a problem. Alternatively you could set an option for just "Height" instead of (or in addition to) the current option "Max Height". If I can set the open files pane to be a height of say 200px, then my tree view would never jump around.

I got this problem too, and previously reported as #40. No one else have this problem in half year?
