Upgrade `color` package to fix underlying security issue

This package relies on a version of the `color` package which itself relies on a version of `color-string` which is subject to this security vulnerability - https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-257v-vj4p-3w2h. Any chance this package can be updated to fix this issue?
