Handle grpc-web query from connect-web

HI,

I know it would be a lot of work, but having this would be just perfect.
Having a grpw-web api, I tried to use it as a fetch in the initTransport, just like this:

I'm using the createGrpcWebTransport from @connectrpc/connect-web to create my client, and I get this error :

It would be awesome to have a plugin that refactor the request to match the grpc-web format.

I know that this issue is a lot, but grpc is a cool tool, pinia and colada also, so I want to pen-pineapple-apple-pen them!
