Don't work (windows x64 system 1909 build)

Using 9.2.0 version of npm
When i type themex init only prints this:

and when I enter the link I only get this repository

the repository is right and you have to provide it with a name like themeX init name. Since no one but myself is using it, I never thought of completing the documentation ... So feel free to ask.
