Are there fixtures? contexts?

I think this might be more of an issue with me being new to Phoenix, but I noticed this doesn't generate user fixtures similar to `phx.gen.auth`. Are there fixtures? If not, are there contexts that I can in the fixtures? I tried searching the codebase, but can't quite find how I would do this. Any help is appreciated!
