Describe the current behavior
Propose a "Citing" section to put to cite one or several PowSyBl repositories. Add the section in a common place and point to it from the PowSyBl repo README.MD?
Describe the expected behavior
No "Citing" model exists to propose to the user to cite PowSyBl.
