Possibilty to add NetworkListener on virtual case

  There is no possibility to add a NetworkListener on a virtual network in order to listen changes due to virtual case script application on the network.

• What is the expected behavior?
  Adding possibility to get not only the virtual network but also a NetworkListener in order to listen the script application.
