Describe the expected behavior

• SSH profile should store the "input" value for tap changers and compensators
• SV profile should store the solved value for tap changers and compensators
• /!\ The TP profile is tricky: in CIM100 (CGMES 3.0), the solved value should be stored in the TP profile because TP profile is considered an output. In CIM16 (CGMES 2.4.15), the input value should be stored in the TP profile.
