Dangling lines and tie lines

• A tie line now only contains the ids of the two dangling lines which the tie line pairs.
• The tie lines former attributes remain in the dangling lines, as dangling lines remain in the network, no matter if paired or unpaired.

Load models

In addition of supporting constant power modeling, IIDM load now also supports ZIP (polynomial) or exponential load models.
