Describe the expected behavior

Might be useful in python/scripting to have some infos about expected parameters for each model. We need to think about this and its relation to gridsuite later on.
Values of parameters will still need to be passed through the resource file.
If we can propose some methods to fill desired parameters with less parameters and some characteristic of the equipment than it can ease a little bit more the use of dynawo !!
