Describe the current behavior
No documentation about security analysis LimitReduction implementation in open loadflow.
Describe the expected behavior
Create a documentation section about security analysis possible limit reductions to apply on given limit (for N and N-K limits to apply on network elements). The goal is to precise what is possible and implemented in OLF regarding what Powsybl core proposes.
