RAM DISK #113

Description

@eihabnemri

On a fresh start of any of the msx2 machines, the command _memini which initializes the ram drive succeeds in doing so creating a 91904 bytes allocated drive, however, there is something by default in the RAM disk that prevents proper use of it afterwards. running the command _mfiles brings up a dump of characters. if you try save "mem:test.bas" you get error: File already open.
This does not happen in msx2+ & Turbo R machines, it only creates a 32000 bytes allocated drive and no files pre-exist.
