Compilation with latest libultrahand (v2.2.1).

List of changes:

  1. Bug fix for mini mode causing crashes when displaying too much content at once (buffer size increase).
  2. Bug fix for the initial element display order for mini and micro modes on the configurator .
  3. GPU load algorithm tweak (from official branch).
