Ranked play: timers are too short

The timers are way too short. Normal tournaments give at least a full minute to do anything like beatmap selection, PLUS in those situations you already have a good idea of what maps are available. Here, I'm trying to figure out what each map is with basically no detail, AND trying to see what my opponent is probably good at or not, all in the span of like 15 seconds or something.

I think a longer timer + a vote skip button would be a better experience.
