Ranked play: more beatmap preview details

Ideally, I'd like to see a preview of each map before I pick it, since I might have to sightread. It would be especially nice if this could eventually flesh out into a system where users can crowd-source points of interest to watch first.

If that's too much, at least making the user tags more prominent in the UI (visible on the cards, and allowing users to tag the map after playing) would help strategizing against the opponent.
