osu! cookie sometimes disappears when returning home before playlist list loads

Made a discussion since I don't have video or logs. Reproduction steps were to open either the lounge or playlists menu from the home screen, then return to the home screen with the escape key before the list loads. I believe it was unloaded since the region where the list usually was wasn't there, only showing the header and the home background. The cookie was no longer on the home screen, but I was able to reload it by going to song select. The device I found this on was also pretty laggy.
