Bug description

I opened the Beamap listing using the Browse option from the Main menu.
This issue does not happen when opening the beatmap listing tab in the map select screen.

When clicking on the "go to Beatmap" option on a beatmap in the beatmap listing it will send you to a random beatmap if the lowest of the Beatmaps difficulties is outside your selected difficulty range.

This only happens when accessing the beatmap listing from the Main Menu.
It also still happens when you open more details on the Beatmap and select a specific difficulty unless the difficulty you selected is within the difficulty range.
