This was mentioned a couple of times in discussion thread: #33426 (comment); #33426 (comment); #33426 (comment); #33426 (comment)

But lemme list all of the languages, containing this issue:

1. Bulgarian (really really close to overlap on 1.0x);
2. Catalan;
3. Czech;
4. Brazilian Portuguese;
5. Russian;
6. Slovak (Much worse than in Brazilian Portugese);
7. Serbian (quite close to overlap on 1.0x);

Other languages, but English, Danish, German, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Turkish, Ukranian, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, just don't have top graphical bars related to objects count.

Overall, this issue is due to language differences. A 13 character sentence, in English, can easilly turn into 30 word sentence in Russian. Some languages weren't mentioned, because there's still no translation lines for "Circles, Spinners and Sliders" labels. I assume with these translated, we could have a way much different picture, due to the same reason
