Bug description

I was trying to tag a beatmap via clicking on a score in the scoreboard. I have some nomod passes, but my highest score has DA on it. It says "Play this beatmap without conversion mods to contribute to beatmap tags!" even on my nomod scores.

Expected behavior is that I should be able to tag the beatmap, similar to how you can tag from a failed score if you have a passing score.
