Section sign (§) mappings stopped working after Sonoma update

The section key re-mappings stopped working after the MacOS Sonoma update (14.6.1)

I am on the latest version of Karabiner Element:

Anyone with the same issue or any suggestion?

I got the issue and it disappear when I choose AINSI it the virtual keyboard section of Karabiner Elements App.
