[Suggestion] Show Download Counts & Hotness for the ease of search (popularity)

There are so many Karabiner rules and many are even duplicates, and you can't be so sure if there are some malicious or broken rules.

Many marketplaces solve this problem with easy but effective way - show popularity.

• Show download counts
• Show "Hotness", which is defined by download counts in recent N months or weeks

Also,

• Add review features (rating + comment) for each rule
• Add flag for dangerous/broken/malicious rules

These are basic things that you need for the marketplace crowd wiki ecosystem.

Doing this alone will make Karabiner onboarding process much easier and make voluntary rule creators happier.
