Left Arrow not working with Left Command in layer 4

So the problem is that my Left Arrow key doesn’t work when I press both Command keys at the same time — but this only happens on my Logitech Ergo K860, not on my Mac’s built-in keyboard.

Interestingly, if I use the other Layer 4 key (the one right next to Shift), everything works fine, which makes this even more confusing.

Everything else is working perfectly, but I really need that shortcut for jumping to the beginning of a line or switching tabs with Command + Option + Left Arrow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
