ci(graphify): re-pin reusable to v2.9.3 (0c60237)

Version-label hygiene bump of the shared public-workflows graphify
reusable from v2.9.0 to v2.9.3. The reusable workflow file is
byte-identical across these tags (blob f3014f0); only the pinned SHA
and version comment change — no behavior difference.

Re-pin missed PR #119 (squash-merged before the bump landed); this
brings julius main in line with titus/pius/guard-core at v2.9.3.
