Documentation around plugins could use a refresh

A few things I noticed while learning about Pragtical plugins:

• There are plugin-related commands built into Pragtical that aren't documented
• If https://github.com/pragtical/plugin-manager is the one now included with Pragtical then it would be helpful to mention that and document it
• Recommended plugin manager miq is abandoned and mentions should probably be removed or explained? Fixed in Mention Miq status and document User Directory for plugins #9

I can remove mentions of miq but I'm not sure how the plugin commands work (since they might be broken) or if they are actually ppm, so I can't answer those questions.

The plugin manager can also be accessed from terminal by executing:

pragtical pm

A whole plugin manager documentation section could be written in https://github.com/pragtical/pragtical.github.io/tree/main/docs/user-guide

We are also missing documentation for the image viewer functionality which could also go into the user-guide.
