[Feature Request]: Hyprland, neofetch and SDDM background sync with wallpaper

Description

Sync sddm and hyprlock background with wallpaper.

Use Case

It would be nice to have Hyprlock as a lock screen and SDDM theme with a background that syncs with the wallpaper. Also sync the neofetch image because fastfetch won't work.
