There is no issue template. maybe there is some issue you need to look into yourself. It's not showing maybe it's not according to GitHub guidelines. @prathimacode-hub

I haven't set up the issue template in automated process, but I had linked it out to take a copy of it for creating an issue template. You can check it here @codeperfectplus

So set it up automatically. Copying or from readme and pasting it here is not the right workflow. Thanks
