Update to latest released version of Pravega

• driver-pravega/pom.xml
• driver-pravega/deploy/vars.yaml
• driver-pravega/deploy.yaml (toggle comments on lines 41-44)

We need to wait until the 0.7 release, right?

The exact version is up to you. The deployment procedure as it is now will not work since it assumes a specific version of Pravega has been built locally.

@claudiofahey thanks, I think that we should open this repo with 0.7.0 as the default version as it is the one with more performance improvements. Then, we can upgrade that to newer versions in further releases.
